All floral products are made to order and are highly perishable. For this reason, returns are generally not accepted once an order has been delivered.
However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within the specified time frame so we can review and assist you accordingly.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
The product delivered is significantly different from what was ordered
The flowers are damaged or spoiled upon delivery
The order was not delivered due to an issue on our side
Clear photo evidence may be required to process any claim.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:
Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
Failed delivery due to recipient unavailability

Dissatisfaction based on personal preference after delivery

Replacement Policy

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before preparation begins. Once the floral arrangement process has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted due to the custom-made nature of our products.
